Use the official sign-in page, protect MFA, and avoid turning one account problem into several.
Begin from the organization’s known sign-in page or application—not a link in an unexpected email or text message. Confirm that the account name and website are correct before entering credentials.
Use a new, unique password that is not used for any other account. Never share the password in a support form, email, or chat. dnbtec will not ask you to disclose it.
Approve a multi-factor authentication prompt only when you initiated the sign-in. If prompts arrive unexpectedly, deny them and report the activity. After a reset, update the credential only in approved applications and your organization’s password manager.

Prepare technology access for a new employee
Send the right information early so accounts, devices, and permissions are ready on time.
Submit the request as early as possible and include the employee’s full name, job title, manager, start date, work location, and whether a new or reassigned device is needed.
List the systems, shared mailboxes, files, printers, phone services, and security groups the employee should use. When possible, name an existing employee with the same access profile. Do not request broader access than the role requires.
Identify who is authorized to approve the access. dnbtec may pause the request until approval is confirmed. Credentials should be delivered through the organization’s approved secure method, not placed in the ticket.
